Second round probably a modeling test with brief discussion. For an internship I’d expect it to be a template that’s incomplete and you just need to come to some sort of thesis
You reckon they going to make me build an entire model by scratch including all the assumptions such as lease up, expense growth, noi growth etc.? Or more like a high level analysis of a case.
