A good book on building concensus for PE

Hi guys,

Posting this in the PE forum because it's relevant to the job. Does anyone have any good books on best practices, mindsets, and frameworks on buliding concensus? I understand that it's something that one has to learn by doing and practicing, but wanted to have a framework on the most effective way to think about the process as well.

Thanks!
