Advice

Hey y'all 

I'm a current soph sum analyst at a BB.

i am hoping to recruit for PE this upcoming junior year, but I feel I still have a lot to learn. Especially since the recruiting process is a bit more chill for soph sum, I feel it almost worked to my disadvantage since I did not have to know technicals as well. 

can someone give honest advice for what I should be doing to be best prepared. There are so many courses out there...which do you recommend? Any overall tips? Thank you!!
