Have a small company (software) and and IB background. Considering looking to exit to LMM PE Shops - super early in any process / haven't seriously talked about it, but I've had a bunch of inbound I've ignored. What does life look like as a PE-backed founder? Obviously it varies across size/stage, but I don't really know anyone in a similar spot right now.
