LMM shop in NY, media/tech/ed focus, looks like they're on fund IV ~300-375mm (getting conflicting fund sizes from different data sources). Anyone have any color? Culture, comp, performance, etc.?

From what I've heard, historical performance struggled which is why they could only raise about -$290 for their most recent fund. Look at LinkedIn and it appears they had a decent number of senior to mid level departures in that time. Sure it's not a bad place to work but this firm seems to be under the radar for a reason.
