Might not add significant value, though have heard of them. Currently working a sell-side mandate, seems they're interested in not just bolt-ons though platform acquisitions.

There was a thread the other day which had a discussion on chicago PE rankings within it, and Flexpoint Ford was slotted in the second tier along with a few other names (below MDP, GTCR, BDT). I'm not sure if it was discussed much further there, but might want to check that out.
I took a look, thanks man. Seems like they might not be too big but are pretty well regarded in the Chicago PE scene.
I'd say they are generally viewed as a top tier, middle market, industry focused fund. I've heard third hand it can be a tough place internally, but the returns and reputation are if not top shelf, definitely in that zip code. .
