Any thoughts on this shop? Had a first round and opportunity looks interesting. They've had phenomenal returns and just raised a $3.5B fund. Comp seems to be in-line with street (sense from speaking with HR) but a few people have said they have bottom tier comp in previous threads. Any thoughts on NYC office and general culture? They seem to be growing really fast in NY

Never bet on carry. I personally would always go with higher cash comp vs. lucrative carry. You never know how long (and even if) the carry takes to hit your bank account.

Do you have numbers/a range? Debating as been reached out for an opportunity but almost impossible to find actual numbers.
