Quick question about Ardian, what are your thoughts on the company? What do you think of their secondaries/primaries team? Is secondaries a good place to be?
Looking at the backgrounds of most Ardian people, I don't see the profiles I see at a Blackstone for example, they dont come from your Goldman's and so on. Is that something I should worry about?
