Are online courses extremely important for PE prep? (Consultant)

MBB consultant here currently starting to recruit for some MM funds in Europe. 

I majored in finance and also recruited for IB so I have my fair share of base knowledge of accounting, valuation, etc. - I also have tons of videos from WSP still (LBO). 

I'm now infected a bit with FOMO with some of the more flashier courses and some sort of "inner fear" that I am missing out on vital information if I don't purchase another course. 

At the same time, having been through countless other online classes (e.g., case-prep, etc.), most resources boil down to the same cookie cutter videos with slight differences in the presentation/content.

What is your opinion on that?
