Hey all,
I had an interview for Ares Management’s Private Equity Summer Analyst spot, and the interviewer spoke about their ‘Analyst Program’ that hires out of undergrad. It apparently consists of 4-6mo stints in each vertical over 2 years.
I’m wondering if anyone knows about the differences between this role and a typical associate (post 2 years in banking). Any other general information like culture, comp, and reputation would be much appreciated. Thanks.
