Ares Power and Infrastructure
Does anyone have any info on Ares Power and Infrastructure group in regards to their recruiting process, group culture, and comp? Based on what I can find via LinkedIn it seems like they hire externally at both the analyst and associate level from a mix of IB and project finance backgrounds.
Very big focus on renewables. Think they're full up on hires, they hired 2 last year
