As a broker: inform other interested parties of LOI received?
I'm new to investment brokering but have just received an indicative LOI for one of the businesses I'm selling. I wanted to double check, whether it's customary to inform other parties that are still evaluating the business of this (and I directly encourage them to hurry up)?
