Associate Base Salary Progression
I know there have been several threads on comp on here but have never really seen any threads on base salary progression. From a few posts, I can sort of piece together what the average is.
Would love to get some data points on what average salary bump is from associate 1 —> 2 —> 3 to senior associate.
My bump from associate 1 to 2 was 150k —> 165k for a ~$2B GE fund in a Tier 1 city
I was $135k as AS1 / Stub and they bumped me to $175k as first full year AS2.
ASO 1: 150 / 220 = 370 TC
ASO 2: 175 / 260 = 435 TC
Woah. This has to be a MF, right?
ASO 1 $155
ASO 2 $175
Sr Aso 1 $200
bonus stayed same?
