Thinking of lateraling to another firm but given how tight knit the growth equity industry is I’m afraid my firm will find out pretty quickly. Haven’t seen a ton of companies hiring right now - any thoughts on what the recruiting market looks like for growth equity and if there is an opportune time where there will be more firms looking for associates?
