Atlas Holdings - distressed PE shop

Hello, haven't found a lot on the forum about the culture at Atlas Holdings. From what I can gather: good returns, good comp, non-bankers, a bit awkward, and can be a sweatshop.

Would be nice to hear a second perspective about whether to steer clear.
