Are you saying is there a fast track / preferential treatment for Bain >> Bain Capital? If so, no. The organizations are entirely separate at this point. With that said, Bain Capital does have a leaning towards hiring consultants, so your profile is relevant, but that's the extent.

They’re completely separate companies, so there’s no special track. But Bain Cap does lean more towards hiring consultants, and there are a lot of Bain & Co alum at the fund, so networking / getting an interview is probably a bit easier than coming from a bank
