Hello all. I'm a Director in a MM PE fund and my review is coming up. I've got the Heidrick & Struggles PE compensation report for 2016, but are there any other reports/analyses you would suggest in order to get a sense for what market base/bonus/carry is (by fund size, AUM, region, etc.)?

There's a 2017 H&S report out now, Holt does another pretty good one which they've updated recently, there's a 2016 GoBuyside report thats floating around, WSO has some decent benchmarking, and there's a report from privateequitycompensation.com which is also pretty good
Should be able to benchmark off the notable HHs. Will cost you some $. Most benchmark positions and track it in a database, though data will be slightly sparse at the director level.
