Hey guys, Done one year of an associate stint at a big name. Curious to know if anyone had made the move downmarket, how it went for them, what they’d do differently next time? Are things quieter outside of big finance hubs? Ultimately just don’t want to be in such an institution, want more independence and more involvement with PortCos.
