Blackstone PWM Interview Experience

Had the most horrible and disrespectful interview with Blackstone PWM recently. Interviewer was an average middle age woman who’s been at BX her whole career. She was late and seemed to not be interested in my background at all and seemed like she didn’t want to be here. The way she presents herself and talks make me wanna puke on the spot. During the interview, this female interviewer kept interrupting while i was answering and said answer was too generic although answer was tailored for PWM. Was super condescending throughout the entire interview thinking candidate was begging for a job on her team, but in fact this group is unimportant and pay is not well. Then she explained the role and the whole business and passively aggressively said oh btw all of these information is on the website. LOL isn’t it the interviewer’s job to explain candidates more about the team and the role? Website only has very limited information. I don’t know how a woman in her mid 30s with this kind of personality has survived until this day and why would anybody want to work with her. Maybe by sucking up to the head of BX lol. Im sure she feels sorry for herself and has to be asshole to let it out on an interviewee. Best of luck to her and the rest of her career 🤡
