My current bank has a policy that they have the ability to clawback my bonus if I leave before my 2 years. I'm currently in a few processes, including a 10BN+ AUM Technology VC/Growth firm in the Bay area and a MF Growth team for an immediate start. How common is it for growth shops to payout a clawback bonus?
