Buyout target

Hi all,

I'm currently studying an applied corporate finance course (part of my undergrad) for which I've chosen to conduct a LBO. As such, I'm looking for an appropriate target to model on. I'll be presenting this case study to a large class, so I'm looking for a sizeable, well-known brand to get people excited, but of course one that ticks all the boxes in terms of being a good candidate.
