Perks are materially different by group even for investing seats? I would have imagined that for a firm as institutionalized as BX that they would have been the same.

If so, are there any other specifics for BCP/BXG/Infra/Energy? I would have imagined BCP would have the best given they’re flagship, but maybe not if they’re very institutionalized

Since it looks like you are currently at MS and looking to go to BX the main perks are as follows:

1. Now you are in the buyside. Not the sell side. If you are looking to nickel and dime your employer as opposed to helping make them money, you might as well just stay at MS.

2. You get to work for Jon Gray. Not Ted Pick

3. You don’t have to commute to Times Square daily but can enjoy park Avenue like an adult

4. Younger firm. More entrepreneurial. Less process. More ability to build something yourself or as they said in a recent holiday video “build with Blackstone”

Good luck champ

Is there a cafeteria? If so is it good? Think KKR has one so was wondering if at BX too

Feel like $20 doesn’t get you very much in NYC even for lunch
