Capital markets or risk consulting?

I have two options out of undergrad : take a capital markets development program offer at a commercial bank (not elite) OR take a risk and compliance consulting offer (also not MBB elite boutique or big4 but still good firm) I want to keep my options open because I’m not sure whether I want to eventually pivot to IB than PE? Or real estate PE? Or management consulting and then private equity. I would say my end goal is PE but I’m not sure whether I want to take it on from the operations side or finance side yet. Which offer do you recommend I take?
