Is it a smart move career wise to jump from BB back office to PE Middle office/backOffice(50-100 Billion AUM). Currently BB BO analyst(Citi/Bofa/JPM) and is it smart to jump to a PE middle office role. I mean the pay is definitely higher as compared to my current role. Just need advice on the jump and what I should keep in mind. Any advice would be helpful !!!

It won't lead to a PE investment role, but BB BO exits are very limited to begin with so it seems like a positive step. Just depends how BO vs MO it is, at least with your current shop you benefit from a very strong brand
