Compensation Benchmark Market Studies
Hi all,
I posted this in the AM section, but also posting here as you guys probably have information too.
My employer is will determine my salary through a benchmark market study. I want to do my own research in case case they come up with a low-ass number. Do you guys now of any market studies including front-office infrastructure equity roles at institutional investors?
