It’s middle market buyout and growth in healthcare. Decent access to deals repped by Canaccord, Triple Tree, Cowen, BTIG, Oppenheimer. But more likely finding founder owned via cold calling. Comp is fine on a national level, but you get a bump because it is Nashville.
Have they actually competed in any deals those banks brought to market? They may do some fact finding, but never seem serious.
Just look at their turnover on LinkedIn for such a small firm. That should tell you enough, either about the culture, pay, or performance.
