Crosspoint Capital: Culture?

Anyone familiar with this firm? Culture? Pay? I know it's early to tell, but does anyone have any insights on how their recent deals are performing? I know their founder used to be an operating partner at TB and that their focus is infra software and cybersec. Any insights would be helpful.

They do all of the above (Forescout for example in the growth buyout category)

Pretty legit firm that does LBOs, Growth, Buyouts, and even some VC’Ish stuff. Had a very strong first time fund raise, but recently lost one of the co-founders (ex. Bain Cap.) to join Haveli. Would recommend if you’re interested in Cyber as the seem to be quite flexible investors.

Good group, most of their control deals were done in partnership with other sponsors and I'm 99% sure they deployed most of their capital and are in the market for Fund II right now.

Saw that they have been bleeding senior and junior talent. Anyone know what is up with this firm?
