Curious why IB PE HF or other

I got into banking almost 20 years ago and while I made "Director" title it's hollow and the money is good they treat you worse higher up than they do lower down I know shocking. And unless you have a time of thousands you are always on call and that family you have is no excuses the pneumonia I have welp I was told to come into work with it. And I was told "I was being closely watched" I so as a female wanted to say should I start wearing tighter clothing. Held my tongue. Looking but the jobs out there are kinda lay people off hit irrational revenue targets or do work that doesn't challenge your brain then they hire people who don't know how to put any deal or M&A together and they get promoted. So let me be the cautionary tale try Jane street or Apollo there are nice ones don't go to the all jerk shops. If doing it for money save up get out or own your own place.
