Deal Walkthrough Help

Currently preparing for on cycle recruiting and am having trouble putting together a comprehensive walkthrough of a sell-side SaaS deal that I was on. Seeing as I worked on it ~1 year ago, I have forgotten some of my numbers, and I would appreciate if someone with experience in the industry can gut check my assumptions.

If anyone has experience with SaaS LBOs, deal walkthroughs, and would be willing to help please PM me. I am more than happy to compensate you for your time.

As someone who interviewed incoming folks. I do not ding if you don’t have the numbers memorized , just be up front about it, give me a ballpark figure. It was within x range and that was attractive because market is at y.

I care more about detailing the work you did to contribute to the deal process, any questions, seniors, review / investment committee asked and how you and the deal team got answers to them.
