Do I stay or do I go?

I’m at a shop where I enjoy the team, have a great WLB, have a clear path to VP, but comp is below market, and I don’t like the city. I’m very conflicted on whether or not it is worth the risk to make the jump now or wait another 3-4 years till I make VP, but will take a hit compensation wise in the meantime. What would you do?
