Does Exit-Op Companies come to your current company to host job-fairs? (Setting up a table and posters outside your company)
Just like how the investment banks like Citi/Goldman/JP come to their target Universities like Harvard/Columbia/Princeton to recruit students into Investment Banking by setting up a table/posters/fliers inside the campus. Do private equity firms representatives come to investment banks and set up a table/posters/fliers outside the investment bank in the hopes of recruiting some investment bankers into private equity?
Yeah they set up tables across Midtown. If you make it early they might even let you have a t-shirt!
I heard KKR came to the Evercore office for a networking event. Evercore encourages the 2 and out though so it might be unique to them.
