Hi All,
HR from a PE firm reached out today to schedule a call later on in the week. I completed all interview rounds, and prior to this, 3 weeks ago someone else in HR said there is an offer coming my way. Last week, the same person messaged saying they will have a final decision by end of week. Got an email today from HR asking to schedule a call, was just wondering if it is normal for HR to provide offers, or if I should be expecting something else?

In my experience usually if they ask to schedule a call it's a rejection. For good news they'll just cold call. Only my experience but I would temper your expectations
