Hi all,
Starting full time this summer at a LMM IB in NYC and have been thinking about future career moves. Understand that LMM IBs aren't looked at for on-cycle. My plan is to try and lateral upwards to MM/BB/EB IB within 1 year and if that fails, recruit off-cycle for LMM/MM PE during my 2nd year. Does anyone have experience with this or can suggest a better approach?
