Closing in on acquiring a lower middle market business services company located in the southeast. Any recommendations on DD/Transaction services providers in the area? Thinking the big 4 might be too expensive for the deal size ($25mm rev., $3.75mm EBITDA), but maybe not. Haven't used anyone in the area, so any recommendation would be appreciated!
