Hello Everyone,
I'm an intern at a PE shop and was asked to make some initial due diligence questions for a possible deal we may look further into. It is a staffing company for Finance/Accounting services.
Any questions I should ask for this sort of deal? Or what questions are good initial questions to ask as preliminary due diligence?
