EU funds with best culture
Hello,
I was wondering if any of you had insights on the culture of european funds.
There are a lot of topics about the culture of US funds (BX, Apollo, ..) but not so much on EU funds.

I personally think highly of the culture at Permira in Europe. I also really like and respect the Global Co-Head based in Europe.
I have heard EQT and Cinven have a good culture for MF
are hours comparable to the US MF?
No you are out by 10pm usually so it's better then US MF. But during live deals it's probably as bad
