Fengate PE
Anyone know much about the PE team at Fengate? I know they have traditionally focused on RE and infra, but they seem to be building out their PE team. Based on their website, it seems like the team has some impressive returns, although relatively young.
Any insights would be appreciated.
they are truthfully the nicest people on the street. Its a group of genuinely really intelligent people with great values who see you as a person instead of a resource. Great people and great culture
I think their portcos are interesting but have no real context on their dealflow.
Would echo this on the solid culture and mentality. Comes right from the top. Have never heard a bad word about Fengate from numerous juniors I know there.

Anyone know what Fengate pays their juniors, specifically in the PE group/area? Seems like WLB is great but not sure if comp is as competitive. Any data points are helpful.

appears they rarely keep investment team guys past 2 years - wondering if this is an issue related to carry / cash comp / or WLB&people
Not sure about the PE team specifically but have worked with there Infra team and all nice people and know there stuff in the infra space. Update: just read the other comments whole heartedly agree so nice really give family-office type vibes but on a large scale
