Fengate PE Toronto - Analyst/Associate hiring
Has anyone heard if Fengate has started either process for analyst or associates in Toronto? Both were recently posted and closed in late February.

Agree, whatever Fengate pays their juniors seems to be one of WSO's great mysteries. No one seems to know.

I advise some caution, have heard mixed things from a close friend and word of mouth.
Word of mouth is that the place is OK with some good folks, and lean team so lots of room to take ownership and step up. However, pay is on the low-end of Canada MM, which is quite weak already compared to pensions and the MFs. Also seems quite sweaty. But note this is all 2nd and 3rd hand info so not concrete

Canadian street MM PE comp is roughly $200-$230k for AS1. Have heard Fengate is on the low-end or even below that, so can infer from there

Looks like they recently reposted the analyst role on LinkedIn. Can only assume this means they weren't pleased with the original applicants
