Final round interview with 2 partners - how do I secure the offer?

I’ve made it down to the final 2 candidates for a great MM PE fund, but they’re only giving out 1 offer.

the interview is a 1 hour “casual chat” with the founder, partner, and 2 directors… only issue is is 50/50 whether I get an offer after this chat.

im a Consultant, other candidate is solid MM IB. Recruiter tells me they had a historic bias against consultants but have been impressed as I passed their 3 hour model test and then weekend case study after.

how do I close this? I seriously want the offer…

focus on what consultants can bring to the table?
focus on my great sectoral fit with the fund?
just try to make the founder like me?
