First time doing an LBO
Hey everyone, I will participating in a LBO competition at my school and was wondering if anyone can provide me a few publicly listed companies that might be potential candidates for an LBO? I have a general understanding of how an LBO works and have practiced dabbling with the financials of it today. But was hoping someone with experience can give me a few names and why it could be a good LBO in today's market.
Thanks everyone, I am just trying to expand my skillsets as I just came out of a S&T internship this summer.

Look at SentinelOne
Sounds good, anything specific about it that makes it an attractive candidate for an LBO?
Negative cash flow, high SBC, trading at an EV/rev multiple oh and no debt (company isn't over-levered)
Can a PE firm like Vista/Silverlake come in (I've seen the news)? Potentially but its certainly not your typical 'run-of-the-mill' opportunity
