Know someone who used to work there - said his team hadn't acquired a platform in years (not sure how true this is today) and described the quarterly valuations as "Basically Fraud" (IE: A European partner would dictate the adjustments needed to get to their mark).
Would avoid at all costs.

Was actually talking about their retail / consumer biz. Know a former VP (yes, in Europe) who told me it had . . . issues. Don't think they invest in that space any more.
