Trying to identify PE firms that recruit full time directly from undergrad. I’ve found very few names so far (Warburg, Bain Capital, KKR). Blackstone recruits for other divisions but am not clear if they recruit for classic PE. Does any one know other names and that the timelines are? Also are search firms relevant only for on cycle recruiting or for full time out of undergrad as well?
