Getting into simultaneous off-cycle processes with more than 1 PE firm under the same HH

Is it common to get into recruiting processes with 2 or more PE firms simultaneously, if all of which are under the same headhunter?

Wondering about it as I've been in an off-cycle process with PE firm A, and the same headhunter that covers firm A sent me inbounds about firms B and C. Would it be wise to enter all of these processes at the same time if they're controlled by the same HH? Wouldn't there be potential conflicts of interest if I hypothetically receive offers from more than 1 of these firms, which means I'll have to turn down at least 1 offer? Not saying it's a likely situation.

Curious to hear thoughts from those who have been through similar situations before.
