I heard it’s pretty rocky
They shelter their interns from what I’ve heard but the life of Analysts/Associates is pretty rough. They make interns do a project throughout the summer because nobody takes the time to teach or mentor them to get involved on deal work. Would probably be better served using the prep time to get ready for full-time recruiting.
