Graduate private equity job at lower middle market fund
Hi monkeys,
I wanted your opinion on a graduate analyst role at a lower middle market private equity fund in the Northern part of Europe.
- Family owned, EUR ~ 2.2bn AUM
- Investing EUR 200 - 250m / year with av. equity tickets EUR 80 - 100m
- Professional team consisting of ex-BB bankers and MBB/tier 2 consultants
Analysts/associates get a lot of responsibility, the vibe seems good and I know at least 1 previous associate that went to an upper middle market fund with EUR ~ 5bn AUM.
What do you guys think? Should I take it? Long term goal is definitely staying in private equity (and preferably moving to an upper middle market firm in 2 - 3 years).
Thanks!
