I think you can find out if you have more information on the breakdown of the capex for PPE and Intangibles. In addition, you will need more information on the breakdown of PPE Capex on whether it is growth or maintenance Capex (to offset depreciation).
you can assign a depreciation rate for the capex (like 7 years) and add as incremental D&A, which will flow through to the BS in fixed assets
Calculate gross FA going fw based on the latest available gross FA info + CAPEX projection. Calculate D&A expense / Gross FA basic ratio for the past and project D&A based on this ratio for simplicity.
