How do you ever know why you are rejected??

Zero feedback from funds /HHs jk given even with ones I thought went well. Not sure how else and what else to improve anymore. I have higher chances passing technical-focused interviews but no luck with those only asking generic behavioral like why this why that and what you are interested in kinda qs. Do people really give super differentiated answer here? And how ?? struggle to come up with anything other than whatever everyone has already been saying. Really don’t know anyone in the space so no way to know what went wrong. Can pass case and technicals and just cant seem to be able to charm people during super days or whatever. Also seems like certain funds just want a certain “type” of people and if you don’t come off that way you are dinged
