How do you judge a team
How do you judge the strength of a pe team? Does pre-ib background matter a lot? Exits? How do you look at pe opportunities and choose which ones to try and recruit for vs which ones to let go of? this is particularly geared towards LMM because mf is fairly easy to judge strength of a team
