How to convince a PE firm to hire you full time out of undergrad?
Hi everyone,
Last summer I had the opportunity to intern in private equity at a pretty prestigious firm. I worked very hard and this summer I got an offer to return to the company (which I gave up banking offers for). My goal (even though it may be a long shot) is to try and get them to give me a full time offer at the end of this summer so that I can return after senior year. They have never hired an undergrad out of school before, however, they have also barely hired an undergrad intern and have never hired one back for a second summer.
Just curious as to if anybody has been in a similar positions or has any thoughts that may be able to help me convince them to give me a full time offer?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
