How to get to a megafund from UMM

Consulting background. I'm going to a blue chip MM / UMM this summer. I want to get to a megafund. I'm American, would like to be at a European megafund (would take a top 6 US megafund too). I have a good network at three of the MFs (people I keep in touch with, mentors really). I also want to go to business school. If relevant, my UMM is a H/S feeder. How do I get there?
